"Went to close an auto policy, and got ghosted by the agent Merrie Connon. Had to go through hoops with customer service to try and get the policy closed, 60 days after initially trying to close it. Wouldn't recommend this agent, lack of effort once they have your money."

"Connon insurance is easy to contact, very personable & quite competent. I called for a quote, I received their call & the paperwork was ready within no time. They made good suggestions & the paperwork was easy to understand & complete. It’s so much easier dealing with a competent agent. I was surprised at how low State Farm’s rates are. I’m now paying one-half of what I paid Progressive for awful service. After my experience with this office & the agents, I definitely recommend doing business with Merrie Connon of Connon Insurance and Financial Services."

"We had been using an insurance broker for years and our rates kept going up and up even when we did less driving and worked from home. So, I decided to start looking at other insurance carriers and asking for suggestions and recommendations and I am so glad I did. I received many recommendations from my community to reach out to State Farm in Rita Ranch so I did. I spoke with Alma, she was patient with me through many of my emails and calls. She took the time to provide me the best options for my families needs. She even hand delivered documents to my house when I couldn't receive her email! You does that? To make a long story short, I can not say enough about Alma's customer service and transparency and was even able to provide us with more coverage for up to a thousand dollars less than I was paying a year for my home and vehicle. I highly recommend Alma with State Farm in Rita Ranch! Thank you for all your help!"
